With nearly 30 years of experience in entertainment entrepreneurship, leadership, and administration, I bring a unique coaching approach that blends intuitive, evidence-based practices with individualized, practical guidance. Coaching is where strategy becomes personal.

I work one-on-one with artists, cultural leaders, and students who are navigating decisions that shape their careers, institutions, or sense of direction. Whether you’re just beginning to explore what’s possible or already deep in the field, this work helps you clarify your path and move forward with intention.

I believe every individual has the capacity to live a fulfilling, purposeful life—and that many of the answers already exist within. My role is to help you access them. Together, we cultivate internal dialogue, define mission and purpose, set meaningful goals, and create actionable steps toward achieving them. These conversations are practical, reflective, and confidential—never theoretical.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Music and trained at the Guildford School of Acting in the U.K. I am a graduate of the Center for Transformational Presence leadership and coaching program founded by Alan Seale and have accrued hundreds of coaching hours accredited by the International Coach Federation.
