With almost 30 years years of experience in the fields of entertainment entrepreneurship and administration, I have developed a unique approach to coaching that combines intuitive evidence-based practices with a individualized focus. Whether you are beginning to think about your career or are already out in the field, your blueprint for success awaits and we will work to get you on track. I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life and often the answers are found within. My approach is centered around helping  you cultivate internal dialogue, identifying your mission and purpose, setting goals, and creating actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your inner strengths and manifesting the power to work towards your desired outcomes. We will analyze current events and trends in the business coupled with my decades of experience to come up with your specific plan from a leadership perspective. We will tackle the tough questions including the realities of the industry and a reasonable expected return on your investment of time and resources within your timeline and plan. 

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Music, and attended The Guildford School of Acting in The United Kingdom following my undergraduate studies. I am a graduate of the leadership training and coaching program through the Center for Transformational Presence led by founder Alan Seale and have accrued hundreds of coaching hours accredited by the International Coach Federation. I have been blessed with several mentors and an amazing life and leadership coach over the decades.
